Well, I don’t have a fancy pitch or anything to tell you why I am asking for some cash.  However, I can tell you my situation. Maybe you will see the reasons why I need your help.

I am a single parent and I actually “just lost my job”. My hope was that perhaps some angel out there could from the kindness of their heart make a contribution to help out. School starts up soon for my kids and I am concerned about how I will be able to get them what they need for school.

My immediate needs are to get out of debt and to have some cash to help out my family. I need to pay off about $9,000 in debt. My monthly expenses are about $3,000 per month. The total balance of my student loans is around $60,000. I am not worried about the whole balance right now but I would like to be ok at least for two months. So, that would be about $1,000 but if you would like to put more towards paying off my student loans that would be absolutely wonderful as well. Actually anything is appreciated because I just need help.

I also have been trying to start a business. As of this year, my credit is not great but my dream to have my own profitable business is amazingly big. Since my dad passed away and I live in the house he owned it is actually hard for me. The job I use to have did not pay me enough. I managed to live for a year off of savings and blessings.

I used the last of my savings prior to losing my job so that I could get the education I needed to start my own business. Now, I am faced with the situation of having difficulties of getting a business loan because of my credit. How am I going to even run as a business if I can’t get money?  Many businesses fail due to of lack of funding. I am trying hard to prevent that but I have been rejected the business loans in which I have applied for. I really need cash for my business now so that I can not only support my family, but run a profitable business. I asked lenders for a loan of $100,000 in start-up capital. I actually need between $500,000 to $2,000,000 in order to be more aggressive with my business. I would be able to purchase a multi-unit apartment building and have enough money for business operations. My dream is to provide nice housing for people, have properties held nationwide, and to put in place fantastic property managers to help manage the properties. I felt that six figures would at least get me started and that $100,000 would be take less time to receive because I want to get started now.

I actually started running my business alone without the cash I need but it is not very effective for me because:
• Without cash, I lack the funds to do an effective marketing campaign.
• Without cash, I am not able to pay myself a monthly salary.
• Without cash, I can not bring on the 8 people who have agreed to be my employees because I can not pay them.
• Without cash, I can not rent office space or purchase an office building.
• Without cash, I have no working capital to purchase any major assets (I wanted to buy a large multi-unit apartment building that will cash flow at least a minimum of $5,000.00 per month).
• Without cash, I can’t pay a property manager (if I have no property for him/her to manage how can I have one).
• Without cash, it takes longer to get anything done. I feel that I am doing too many things that I should be paying other people to do. Having a business is about utilizing the services of other people to get what you need done more effectively. I spend way too much time writing business letters and having my daughter help me stuff envelopes. If I could afford the proper business software I could actually get my research done, produce letters, analyze my business, generate contracts and train people to help me.

 Remember I have people lined up to work with me? These people are excellent job candidates for my business, once I can afford to actually hire them. By helping me you are actually helping to stimulate the economy a little bit, because these people will have jobs. This will mean that they will be able to get things that they need for their families. If you really look at this, it means they will be able to go to stores to purchase new back to school clothing and supplies for their kids, instead of worrying about not being able to get them what they need because they do not have enough money. Even though these people only make up a mere fraction of the country’s population, it will have increased economic spending a little more. This makes you a hero in my book and theirs.
• The more you give, the higher your tax write off can be. Tax write offs are great for everyone that wants to reduce the amount they pay in taxes. By donating money to help me out via paypal, I can have it set up where you get a thank you letter as proof to the IRS that you made a charitable contribution.
