The purpose of reaching out to the worldwide community
is to raise money online.The money will be used by my
political party in the Republic Islands of Fiji to
carry out its political campaign successfully and
effectively with the sole purpose of winning the
March,2009 general election as set out by the current
military regime.My political party is called the
Social LIberal Multicultural Party(SLMP) and in order
to win the election it needs to claim more than half
of the 71 seats required in the House of
Representatives.At the moment we intend to field 71
candidates.As the leader of the party I would like to
appeal to your kindness and generosity by donating to
our Paypal account so that we can claim victory
together.You see how important it is for us to
consider you as donors to be an essential part of our
campaign exercise.By contributing to our cause you are
in some way supporting our values and desire to
improve the standard of living for our unemployed,poor
and disadvant aged right across the Republic
Islands of Fiji without any discrimination.

I personally believe my political party is going to
lodge a campaign with the best ever policy on the
land.When I say the best ever,I mean our basket of
policy is designed;first and foremost,to address the
problems faced by our targeted group as mentioned
above.This particular aspect of policy is meant to
promote within their own circle and environment the
growth of small and medium-level businesses as a
platform for a broadbased-employment strategy.It is
indeed a sustainable piece of development policy
because when you think of it,you will bet that at by
the end of the day they will have some form of
security in life that even worst economic downturn
cannot destroy.

Secondly,the basket of policy is meant to enable the
private entreprenuers to feed from this low growth
sector which was not there before and vice versa.And
as the policy continues to lift and improves the lives
of our targeted group that sector will bloom and
zoom.Ultimately supplying more and more energy for
growth to the sector of private entreprenuers and the
country as whole.It sounds pretty much like theory
here.No,not at all.Our policy package is not theory,it
is real,pragmatic and implementable.We have got the
detail in terms of programmes,projects and priorities
as well.

The approach we take is going to change the dynamics
of politics in the Republic Islands of Fiji.In other
words by committing ourselves to solving the problems
faced by those earmarked in our Core Policy we are in
fact sending a clear message especially to the
political parties which have served governing before
that their policies were out of touch in terms our
ordinary citizen.We believe therefore they should not
be given another opportunity to run the country.Our
people have been hurt so much from the lack of
empolyment opportunities,and the on-going culture of
military intervention.The rate of unemployment in Fiji
is hovering well over the 20% mark.The number of
families and individualls struggling and sitting under
the poverty-line have jumped from 2 to more than 10
times over the last 20 years.And with the prices of
basic food items continuously rising the lives of
these people have actually gone from bad to worse. |

proportion of our community who still depend very much
on subsistence for their livelihood.They too,still
live in a world of hopelessness and desperation.In the
context of the Fijian situation,only the Social
Liberal Multicultural Party(SLMP)is fully committed in
carrying out this heart-touching programmeYou know one

support together we can bring back hope and confidence
