Help Pay My Medicine Bill
 | Hi,” my name is
Warren. I am 53 years old. I suffer from a number of
major medical conditions including severe heart
disease, high blood pressure, congestive heart
failure, anxiety, depression,obstructive sleep apnea,
and arthritis and kidney failure, and copd, restless
leg syndrome. I have had several surgeries done on my
kidneys and they could not be saved. And now I am on
dialysis 3 days a week 5 hr each time on the machine.
I cannot work due to all my conditions. And the
medicine bill is HIGH I am taking over 44 pills a day.

| My work career has
been cut short. Nevertheless, I did not anticipate
becoming medically disabled. I never believed I would
have to ask for help, but I am in desperate need of
some financial assistance from anyone who can help me.
I have had only 2 jobs since I finished school. I have
worked in the Convenience Store business for over 30
years as manager and it was very hard to have to give
it up... I have always working with the public, and
managing the store. Never missed a day work until the
last few years and then started going downhill... |
| I see physicians on a
regular basis. I am prescribed 28 Rx medications by my
physicians. My co pay (out-of-pocket expense) for my
doctor visits and my medications is close to $5,000
per year.
