| I am in a financial bind and I am in some need of a serious cash. My problem is that my credit has been accessed way too much in the last year, so I cannot get a loan. So if you access my info, this loan has to be guaranteed (if you don't mind). I just bought a 25K automobile, I have 4 credit cards and I have a bike loan. Also I have Student loans under my name, which my parents are going to payoff for me, but that as you know goes under my credit
history. I have just graduated from College and now I am in the working world. My problem is that I had a motorcycle at college and my parents told me I have to sell it. Well I sold it, but still have 3500 dollars to pay the lender in order to get the title, and I really cannot swing that money right now, at least at one time. I need to get the title to him, so that he can plate the bike and that he won't take me to court. Also I wanted some money to pay off my credit cards, and cancel them. This way I can keep one credit card pay it off, cancel the other ones and have one payment to you every month instead of the Motorcycle people. and 3 different credit card people. I have no Idea how to contact you. I want to clean up this mess and make my credit look a lot better and get rid of these cards with consolidating.

| I have not been able to get a loan for
$7,000 and I want to ask for donations..
Can you help? I really want to buy this motorcycle but my credit
is slow, but improving. I have paid the charge and recently
applied for 12,000. Found a used motorcycle for cheap instead.
Turned down once. My biggest problem is that I am stationed
in Japan. I do have accounts in the States and will be home in 1
year.

| My wife and I have exhausted all other options and
are knocking on your door to see if you may be able to help us out.
Me having a bankruptcy that won't be two years until November has
been our killer every time. Also we have only been in our new home
since June, so that has scared people away also. We purchased our
house brand new for $185,050.00 and the initial appraisal based on
comps in our surrounding neighbor hood put its value at $195,000.00.
Depending upon who appraises our home next, it could be upwards of
$200,000.00 plus. We feel that it is easily worth
over $200,000.00. We have a first and a second mortgage. We owe
about $148,000.00 on the first and about $34,000.00 on the second.
We may not have enough equity at all, we don't know. We are only
looking for a small amount of money to do some debt consolidation,
maybe $15,000.00 to $20,000.00 if that much. Is there is any way
whatsoever that you guys can put something together for us? Our
mortgage payment per month is $1341.00. Our rates are 6.375 and
12.00 respectively. We have no prepayment penalty. We both have
great jobs and the ability to repay the loan if it were extended to
us. If you cannot help us, can you? |
